The province is home to a number of distinctive Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) created to draw in and keep immigrants who can fill labour market gaps and make significant contributions to local economies and communities.

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program includes the following streams:

New Brunswick Express Entry Labor Market Stream

For highly trained individuals who have expressed interest in the New Brunswick Express Entry Labor Market Stream (EELMS), a path to permanent residence is provided. Successful applicants can receive accelerated processing for their immigration applications thanks to this program’s alignment with the federal Express Entry immigration system.

Skilled Workers with Employer Support Stream

High-skilled foreign employees who have a legitimate job offer from a New Brunswick firm are the focus of the New Brunswick Skilled Workers with Employer Support Stream. If your chosen occupation falls within one of the following categories: education, health care, manufacturing, transportation, or business service centers, and your employer can show that they have been unable to find appropriate people in the neighborhood labor market, you may receive 10 points.

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program includes New Brunswick as a participant (AIPP). A partnership between the federal government and Canada’s Atlantic provinces led to the creation of the AIPP, and economic growth project. For newcomers who have received a job offer from a designated employer in the Atlantic region, AIPP streamlines the immigration procedure.
